A Step by Step Guide to Shopping on our Site

We would like to make your shopping experience on easy and enjoyable. Our online store is user friendly and easy to navigate. You can browse through our product categories by using the tabs on the main menu which is located at the top of your screen. Each category contains various Goods to choose from. When you see something that interests you, click on it for more information and a closer view. You can always hit the browser “Back” button at any time and return to the previous screen. To return to our home page, you can click on “Home”, button which can be found on the main menu located at the top of your screen. The guide below will help you enjoy your shopping experience:


Select Your Currency

At the top right corner of the Site click on the currency box and choose your currency before you begin shopping. Note that your currency selection will determine what payment options will be available for you at checkout. E.g. Bank payment option is only available when you select Naira.


Choose Products

  • Use the main menu to go to the category you are interested in e.g. Body Care.

  • Once in the department, you will find a display of various types of Goods.

  • If you see any Goods you like, click on it and it will open to the specific page.

  • Use the zoom icon to enlarge the picture or read the description and care information provided.


Add Goods to Shopping Bag

  • On the shop page, select the Goods you want to buy.

  • Once you have selected the Goods, click the ‘Add to Bag’ button and your ‘Shopping Bag’ will immediately be displayed with the Goods added.

  • You can then continue shopping or proceed to ‘Check Out’.

  • Repeat the same process for all the Goods you want to buy.  Goods that are out-of-stock will not be added to your cart.


View Shopping Bag

  • Once you are though selecting the Goods you want, click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ icon located at the top right corner of your screen.

  • In your Shopping Bag, you can see all the Goods you have selected.


Change Quantity in Shopping Bag

  • To change the quantity of Goods in your Shopping Bag, change the quantity in the quantity display box and click ‘Update’ located below your order to the left.

  • You will notice that the subtotal reflects your change.


Delete Goods in Shopping Bag

  • To remove Goods from your Shopping Bag, click on the ‘remove’ button or ‘x’ sign beside the box. Again, you will notice that the Subtotal reflects your change.



  • Once you are satisfied with the Goods in your Shopping Bag, click on the ‘Check Out’ button at the bottom of the page.

  • In the Checkout page, fill in your billing and delivery details.

  • Make sure to unclick the ‘same as billing address’ box if you want us to deliver your package to a different address.

  • In the ‘Notes’ box, leave us a message if you have any concerns about your order or specific delivery instructions.

  • Click ‘proceed to payment’.


Paying Online

  • We accept master and visa credit/debit card payments through PayStack payment gateway for international and local Orders.

  • All International Orders are processed in US dollars while all local Orders are processed in Naira.

  • Select Paystack payment method if you wish to pay by credit/debit/ATM card. You don’t need to have a Paystack account to pay through this method.

  • If you have a Paystack account, you can also pay through your wallet or account balance.

  • If you choose to pay by bank transfer/deposit, our bank details will be displayed on the screen.

  • Our bank details will additionally be sent to you in your Order notification email.

  • Pay at the bank within 24 hours so that your Order will not be cancelled.

  • Once you complete your payment you will be redirected to


Complete your Order

  • Your Order will be completed once you click the ‘Checkout’ button on the Checkout page.

  • Your Order is only complete when your payment is successful and cleared in our account.

  • Once we receive your payment, we will send you a payment confirmation email. You will also receive a notification from your bank.

  • When your order is dispatched you will also receive a notification by email or and SMS from us, with your order tracking number.

  • You can track your order at any time using the order tracking tool in ‘My Account’ by entering your Order Number and the email address you used to order.

Congratulations, you are now an online shopping pro!

Once you complete this process your order will be transmitted electronically to us and we will begin to process it.
